"As a first time customer to a wig salon, I was very apprehensive about going to this appointment. Walking through the door I immediately felt as ease. It was a very quiet and peaceful environment. Joey, my consultant, was a gem. She listened to my story, did a quick assessment of my hair and offered suggestions on what I could do to help me feel good again about my hair. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I highly recommend this shop to everyone. You just won’t be disappointed with their customer service."

"This was our first visit to Donna Salons, the planning for which began before we left Massachusetts for a two-week visit to Naples. My mom is not an easy sell, but she was open to at least finding out more about a topper.
From the very first email interaction in MA until we left the salon in FL, every person was fantastic, making sure we had full information, comfort, privacy, service and friendliness along the way.
My mom's main concern was that she wanted coverage, not volume, to match her natural fine hair. (And her second concern was that she wouldn't be able to afford a natural-hair version.) Mom was stunned at how natural the topper looked, perfectly chosen and cut by Joey—and at a price she could afford. Mom walked out standing tall... and wore her "new hair" confidently right from the shop to finish the rest of our day in town.
Family and friends are shocked at how natural it looks. Even standing right next to mom here, I forget she has a topper on at all. Looks just like her natural hair at its best. And mom (81) was a pro at taking it off, putting it on and blending it on the very first day.
Can't say enough good things about this salon's product and people."
